• Du erfasst heizungs-, lüftungs- und gebäudetechnische Besonderheiten als Planungsgrundlage • Du erstellst Angebote und Aufmaßdokumente und stimmst dich mit Fachplanern ab • Du organisierst und überwachst externe Dienstleister unter Einhaltung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsvorgaben • Du stimmst dich kontinuierlich mit Kunden und Partnern ab • Du verantwortest Projektdokumentation, Abrechnung und Nachverfolgung • Du führst die Bauleiter fachlich und disziplinarisch • Du steuerst gebäudetechnische Anlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen Leitstand • Du identifizierst und setzt technische sowie organisatorische Optimierungspotenziale um

🎯 Requirements

• Wichtiger als Ausbildung oder Studium ist uns, was du kannst und mitbringst — typische Wege in diese Rolle sind dennoch: ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder Energie- und Umwelttechnik, mit nachweisbarer Verantwortung in der Projektleitung • Du kommst z. B. aus Rollen wie technischer Projektleiter, Bauleiter TGA oder Obermonteur mit Führungsverantwortung • Kenntnisse in VOB/B und Erfahrung in der Steuerung mehrerer Bauleiter und Dienstleister • Strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft • Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Bauleitern • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
