• Prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) in line with Australian/New Zealand compliance standards • Conduct research on financial products, strategies, and market trends to support adviser recommendations • Analyze client data, including assets, liabilities, cash flow, and risk profiles • Assist in developing tailored financial strategies across superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement planning • Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with client objectives • Liaise with financial advisers, administrators, and external providers to gather required information • Review and update existing financial plans as part of ongoing client servicing and annual reviews • Maintain client records and ensure proper documentation in CRM systems • Support advisers in preparing client presentations and review packs • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and industry best practices in AU/NZ financial planning
• 2 years of proven experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar financial planning support role **(AU/NZ experience is mandatory) ** • Strong understanding of financial planning concepts including superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement strategies • Experience in preparing SOAs and ROAs • Familiarity with AU/NZ compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., ASIC guidelines) • Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems (e.g., Xplan, AdviserLogic, Midwinter) • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • High level of organization and commitment to accuracy
