• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for internal and production projects. • Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks or delays. • Prepare accurate progress reports, resource allocation plans, and milestone tracking. • Ensure all planning activities comply with company and industry standards. • Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and operational workflows. • Respond to scheduling queries via the Project Manager or Senior Planning Engineer. • Support continuous improvement of planning processes and reporting methods.
• 1 - 3 years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role in construction, manufacturing, or production environments. • Proficiency with project planning and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent). • Strong understanding of project management principles, scheduling techniques, and resource management. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Experience in the Australian, New Zealand, or UK construction/production industry is required. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work remotely and follow instructions from senior staff.
