📋 Description

• **Responsibilities:** • - Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through to construction completion • - Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, engineers, and stakeholders across AU/NZ projects • - Oversee preparation and delivery of architectural drawings, documentation, and design outputs • - Ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand building codes, regulations, and standards • - Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, and deliverables • - Conduct regular project reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and design consistency • - Support coordination of BIM workflows (Revit/ArchiCAD) and documentation control • - Identify and resolve design and coordination issues throughout project lifecycle • - Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met • - Ensure smooth handover from design to construction phases

🎯 Requirements

• **Qualifications:** • - 3- 5 years of proven experience working on Australian and/or New Zealand projects • - Proven experience in architectural project management or senior architectural coordination roles • - Solid understanding of AU/NZ building codes, standards, and construction processes • - Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD (BIM experience required) • - Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills • - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setup • - Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities • - Experience in residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use developments preferred • - **Portfolio** is required.
