📋 Description

• Collaborate with brokers to analyze client financial information and structure loan applications. • Provide expert guidance on lender policies to ensure compliance and optimal loan structuring. • Prepare comprehensive credit submissions for a variety of lending scenarios, including PAYG, self-employed, SMSF and trust structures. • Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and clarify financial details. • Liaise with lenders to meet lending guidelines and requirements, to ensure successful client outcomes. • Review applications for compliance with lending criteria and regulatory requirements; • Stay updated on industry trends, lending products, and regulatory changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a similar industry. • Experience handling New Zealand or Australian accounts is required • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. • Proficient with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, SAP, etc.). • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping. • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills. • Mathematical Skills: Comfort with numbers and basic calculations. • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information. • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies.
