• Lead end-to-end CRM setup, configuration, and optimization across client accounts • Build pipelines, lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, and contact data architecture • Maintain data hygiene and connect CRM to marketing, advertising, and analytics platforms • Build and manage email campaigns end-to-end — from brief and template build through to deployment • Plan and manage campaign calendars across multiple client accounts simultaneously • Monitor performance and make data-led optimization decisions in real time • Design and deploy automated workflows — lead nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, and more • Build trigger-based automations tied to CRM stages, form submissions, and behavioral signals • Test, QA, and continuously improve automation flows based on performance data • Build client-facing dashboards and track key CRM and campaign metrics • Produce regular performance reports with clear strategic recommendations • Set up automated reporting workflows to reduce manual overhead
• Proven, demonstrable experience building CRMs, campaigns, and automations • Previous agency experience — managing multiple client accounts simultaneously is non-negotiable • Hands-on CRM experience — Pipedrive strongly preferred, or equivalent (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo) • Strong working knowledge of automation logic, segmentation, and email campaign management • Ability to build reporting dashboards and communicate results clearly to clients • You ask questions, flag blockers early, and speak up — this is non-negotiable and you will be tested on it • Quick, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities at pace. • Portfolio in building CRMs, campaigns, and automations is required • **Bonus points:** • Middleware experience — Zapier, Make, or n8n • Exposure to AI agent development or broader workflow automation
