📋 Description

• Identify target firms within the US legal and public accounting sectors using advanced LinkedIn search parameters and Google search techniques • Log newly identified corporate entities into the internal CRM according to standardized data formatting rules • Research and map key client contacts and prospective candidates within target companies • Complete profiles with full name, verified email address, location/zip code, job title, and industry segment • Use B2B intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo and specialized research software to enrich contact records and verify data accuracy • Conduct LinkedIn and CRM research to surface qualified candidate leads • Sync data across email platforms and CRM tracking tools to support outreach campaigns • Maintain daily and weekly output to meet target activity metrics for database expansion

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in data research, web research, market intelligence, or administrative support • Familiarity with B2B research and data tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or email finder applications • Strong written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and high accuracy in data entry • Ability to comprehend complex data requirements and apply logical criteria to research workflows • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Track record of meeting consistent activity and volume targets • Hands-on experience with recruitment software, sales CRMs, or database management systems • Understanding of or exposure to the US public accounting or legal corporate landscapes • Full-time availability during UK business hours
