📋 Description

• Maintain and update the company website and optimize user experience • Upload, update, and manage thousands of product listings and SKUs • Replace and optimize product images and improve content presentation • Assist with front-end design improvements, pricing updates, and ecommerce administration • Use AI tools to streamline website management, content creation, and product updates • Manage integration between printer and supplies databases • Ensure daily supplier stock updates are imported and synchronized accurately • Monitor product feeds, inventory levels, and database connections to troubleshoot matching and syncing issues • Maintain accurate links between printer models, compatible supplies, and ecommerce listings • Work with APIs, data feeds, CSV files, and other integration methods • Document integration processes and recommend reliability improvements • Create clean, modern page layouts and improve UX and website navigation • Design landing pages and promotional content • Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile • Maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints • Support website content updates, SEO improvements, email marketing, social media, and website analytics as the role expands • Assist with online research, administrative tasks, process improvement, AI automation, and ad-hoc technical/business support

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing ecommerce websites such as PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar • Basic to intermediate HTML/CSS knowledge • Hands-on experience managing ecommerce, inventory, product database, or supplier-feed integrations • Experience with APIs, automated product feeds, CSV imports, and database synchronization • Ability to troubleshoot product, inventory, and data integration issues • Experience managing large product catalogs and high-volume SKU data • Excellent written English • High attention to detail and quality control • Ability to follow complex, multi-step processes accurately • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software, systems, and AI tools • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently • Desirable: printer, cartridge, office supplies, or compatibility database experience • Desirable: daily automated supplier stock update integrations • Desirable: product-matching logic, relational databases, or inventory management systems • Desirable: ERP or WMS integrations • Desirable: AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude • Desirable: Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite • Desirable: SEO principles and email marketing tools
