📋 Description

• **Responsibilities:** • - Manage and maintain online stores on platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Etsy. • - Upload and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. • - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads (Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and email marketing. • - Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.). • - Coordinate inventory, promotions, and fulfillment with internal teams. • - Identify opportunities to improve online store performance, including CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies. • - Stay updated on eCommerce trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices. • - Provide reports on sales, campaign performance, and key metrics to management.

🎯 Requirements

• **Qualifications:** • - 1-3 years proven experience managing eCommerce platforms and online marketplaces. • - Experience handling New Zealand or Australian accounts is required • - Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including email marketing, paid ads, and SEO. • - Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools. • - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • - Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) is a plus. • - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teams. • - Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
