📋 Description

• Prepare draft quotes for fencing and retaining wall jobs using the company’s existing pricing formula. • Review job details and ensure required quote information is recorded. • Identify missing or unclear details and follow up before preparing quotes. • Enter quote information accurately into GoHighLevel. • Track quotes and follow up with customers as directed. • Escalate unusual jobs, unclear pricing or exceptions to management. • Assist with planning and preparing social media content. • Create or coordinate posts featuring completed projects, progress photos and business updates. • Write captions and organise content for publication. • Maintain a consistent professional presentation across social channels. • Support responses to social media enquiries and pass potential leads to the appropriate person. • Maintain accurate contact, lead and opportunity records in GoHighLevel. • Manage pipelines and update enquiry and job statuses. • Monitor new enquiries and ensure they are assigned or followed up appropriately. • Set up and maintain follow-up tasks, reminders and communications. • Identify CRM workflow gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements. • Troubleshoot routine issues and keep the system organised and up to date.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience using GoHighLevel. • Experience maintaining CRM records, pipelines and follow-up processes. • Ability to learn and accurately apply a company-specific quoting formula. • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with customer and job information. • Good written and spoken English. • Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to following up missing details. • Ability to manage tasks independently and raise issues promptly. • Experience in landscaping, fencing or retaining wall businesses is highly desirable. • Familiarity with Australian fencing and retaining wall jobs, terminology or customer expectations is highly desirable. • Experience preparing or supporting quotes for trade or construction work is highly desirable. • Social media content or marketing experience for a trade or home-services business is highly desirable. • Strong experience with GoHighLevel is essential. • Familiarity with spreadsheets and document-management tools. • Familiarity with social media platforms and content-creation tools.
