📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end loan processing: application to settlement • Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties • Conduct credit analysis and assess borrower eligibility • Prepare loan documentation, serviceability calculations, and lender comparisons • Use CRM systems like MyCRM, Mercury, or Infynity • Stay current with lender policies and industry updates

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker • Strong understanding of both loan processing and credit analysis • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines • Self-motivated, reliable, and organized • Familiarity with major and non-major lenders in Australia
