📋 Description
• Collect, review, and verify all client documentation (income, ID, assets/liabilities, statements) • Complete loan applications accurately in line with lender requirements • Follow up on missing documentation • Prepare submission-ready loan files • Manage the loan pipeline from submission through to settlement • Track application progress, conditions, and deadlines • Liaise with brokers, lenders, clients, and third parties • Assist with collation of information from lenders for loan/annual reviews • Ensure loan files meet regulatory and lender requirements • Maintain audit-ready documentation • Provide brokers with timely status updates • Communicate professionally with clients
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 years residential mortgage processing experience • Strong attention to detail and communication skills • Experience with CRM (Broker Engine and Flex)
