📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end residential loan files from handover through settlement • Collect, review, and upload client documentation • Prepare and submit loan applications via Apply Online (AOL) • Track application progress and chase outstanding conditions • Communicate with clients, lenders, and stakeholders to resolve issues • Maintain records in Mercury and Connective • Support SMSF loan processing and documentation once the residential workflow is established • Assist with reactivating existing SMSF clients • File and attach client data and Biz-Consultings data in Nexus via email • Run refinance outreach campaigns • Reactivate dormant referral partner relationships • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to reduce the Hiring Manager's workload

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Connective (aggregator platform) • Hands-on experience with Nexus Mercury (loan processing / CRM system) • Hands-on experience with Apply Online (AOL) • Solid understanding of the Australian residential mortgage process, end to end • Ability to identify discrepancies or missing information from checklists • SMSF loan assessment and processing experience is a strong plus • Prior experience working directly with one mortgage broker is a strong plus • Understanding of self-employed structures, individuals, and complex structures is a strong plus • Proactive, coachable, autonomous, reliable, and detail-oriented working style • Strong written communication in English • Ability to work at pace, manage deals at different stages, and adapt to change • Ability to ask for help when needed and escalate blockers early
