📋 Description

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met. • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery. • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. • Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and resources are utilized effectively. • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging communication and problem-solving. • Ensure projects meet quality standards and adhere to organizational processes and policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related field. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira). • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
