• Assist with managing property listings and documentation • Coordinate with tenants, owners, and vendors • Handle inquiries and communications professionally • Support scheduling, inspections, and property maintenance follow-ups • Maintain accurate records and reports • Assist in marketing properties online and managing social media listings
• 1 - 3 years of experience in property management or real estate, specifically within Australia or New Zealand • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficient in property management tools, such as Console, PropertyMe, Re-Leased, Rentec, or MRI Software, is a plus. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
