📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels • Present and explain products or services clearly to prospective clients • Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and customers • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in the CRM system • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or a similar sales role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable handling objections and engaging prospects in conversation • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
