• Support Salesforce consulting and managed services work. • Work with customers to understand business processes, pain points, requirements, and desired outcomes. • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and solution notes. • Support customer onboarding to CRM and BI. • Assist with data migration validation, configuration checks, user training, and support documentation. • Help team with customer onboarding activities. • Perform manual QA testing where required, especially during the transition period while automated QA capability is being strengthened. • Support UAT preparation and execution. • Document customer requirements clearly for developers and AI agents. • Assist with release notes, customer-facing documentation, and training materials. • Maintain strong Salesforce and CRM process discipline.
• Strong Salesforce background. • Strong business analysis capability. • Experience working directly with customers. • Ability to run discovery sessions and ask strong process questions. • Ability to document requirements clearly and commercially. • Strong understanding of sales, service, customer onboarding, and CRM processes. • Ability to perform structured manual QA testing. • Strong data quality awareness. • Strong written and verbal English communication. • Comfortable working in an AI-first delivery environment. • Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
