📋 Description

• Proactively source and engage candidates using Workable and other sourcing platforms, applying targeted search strategies for current and upcoming hiring needs. • Conduct initial outreach, pre-screening conversations, and resume reviews to assess candidate fit, interest, and qualification alignment for AU/NZ mortgage support roles. • Maintain accurate and organized candidate profiles and pipelines within the ATS. • Collect and manage candidate requirements such as introduction videos and other supporting materials. • Coordinate and track completion of typing assessments to ensure timely processing. • Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure smooth progression of candidates through the early stages of the hiring process. • Work as a dedicated Talent Sourcing Specialist to a pod, understanding hiring requirements, developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and identifying candidates matching client needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience dedicated on talent sourcing, preferably in an outsourcing or offshore staffing environment. • Experience with an IT service-based business, with Microsoft industry experience being a plus. • Strong understanding of AU/NZ mortgage processes and financial services workflows. • Hands-on experience using ATS tools, preferably Workable. • Proven and hands-on experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing is required. • Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms. • Strong communication and people skills, with confidence in candidate outreach, engagement, and screening. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple sourcing pipelines and tasks simultaneously. • Basic familiarity with typing assessments and candidate evaluation methods. • Ability to accurately review resumes and assess candidate fit against role requirements. • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Ability to work AU business hours: Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH Time.
