📋 Description

• Edit “TAYA” (They Ask You Answer)-style FAQ and educational videos to a consistent, polished standard. • Support and progressively take ownership of cinematic, brand-style edits for prestige clients such as Bentley and high-end partners. • Color grade raw Sony S-Log 3 footage into finished, on-brand visuals. • Independently master audio to a broadcast-ready standard following internal SOPs. • Manage end-to-end editing workflows in Premiere Pro, using After Effects for motion graphics, titles, and finishing touches. • Apply sharp shot selection and pacing, using foundational camera-operation knowledge to curate strong footage. • Align edits with client branding and tone across trades/construction and luxury brands. • Communicate directly with the Australian leadership team about turnarounds, feedback, and revisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, active portfolio or Instagram presence demonstrating explicit style, finesse, and visual quality. • Proven experience editing construction/trades content, brand-focused media, or commercial client work; general editing experience alone is insufficient. • Hands-on experience color grading Sony S-Log 3 footage, or strong proficiency with log color space workflows. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. • MacBook required; ability to work comfortably on a MacBook. • High audio proficiency with the ability to execute independent mastering to provided SOPs without hands-on supervision. • A background or foundational experience in videography/camera operation to inform intuitive editing choices. (Preferred) • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. (Preferred) • Alignment with an early-career team dynamic. (Preferred) • Direct, punctual, and transparent communication suited to an Australian team culture and fast-paced client turnarounds. • Ability to adopt clear systems, SOPs, and creative workflows quickly and independently. • Agility to switch between fast-turnaround educational edits and high-end cinematic brand storytelling.
