• Owns the affiliate program platform end-to-end • Builds AI-powered outreach systems that still feel personal • Manages relationships with third-party creator platforms and agencies • Partners with performance marketing to amplify top organic content through paid channels • Writes captions and engagement copy in distinct brand voices • Pulls monthly analytics into client-facing reports • Operates independently after onboarding
• 3–5+ years of hands-on influencer or affiliate marketing experience with measurable revenue, traffic, or brand-awareness outcomes tied to specific campaigns • Demonstrated experience recruiting, activating, and retaining large-scale creator or ambassador networks • Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content performance and creator ecosystems • Experience with whitelisting, Spark Ads, and paid amplification of organic influencer content • Hands-on experience with affiliate/influencer platforms such as Superfiliate, JoinBrands, or Insense (or comparable tools) • Experience building AI-powered outreach systems or workflows for creator recruitment at scale • C1+ English (CEFR) for direct negotiation and relationship management with US-based creators
