📋 Description

• Owns packaging design from concept through production • Partners with marketing and manufacturing teams to keep visual systems consistent across packaging, retail, and campaign assets • Presents creative direction to internal stakeholders • Ensures packaging serves as a strong first impression of the brand and design systems that hold together across every channel

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in packaging design, brand design, or creative direction • Demonstrated portfolio of shipped packaging work across consumer electronics, wellness, lifestyle, or CPG categories • Working knowledge of packaging structural design, materials, and print production processes (dielines, substrates, ink types) • Experience developing and extending brand identity systems across packaging, retail, and marketing touchpoints • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for packaging production and brand collateral • Experience briefing and directing external creative or production vendors • English at C1+ CEFR level (client-facing stakeholder presentation required)
