📋 Description

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system • Perform data entry, data validation, and CRM clean-up activities • Review customer documentation for accuracy and completeness • Create and follow up on tickets requesting CRM updates or corrections • Contact customers by phone to verify or clarify information • Support daily sales operations and administrative processes

🎯 Requirements

• French proficiency: C1 or C2 (Must) • English proficiency: C1 or C2 (Must) • Previous experience in sales operations, administrative support, data entry, or CRM management • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone in both French and English • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Availability to work full-time during EST business hours (Must) • Based in France (Must)
