• Support accountants and their clients with onboarding and using the product via chat and phone. • Ensure proper follow-up on inquiries until tickets are fully resolved and users are satisfied. • Proactively reach out to users to assess satisfaction and needs, and follow up with users who have left Pennylane. • Identify bugs in the product. • Diagnose and resolve user issues based on a solid understanding of accounting principles. • Collaborate with technical teams to address bugs by clearly and systematically escalating issues. • Work closely with various teams such as developers, product managers, account managers and sales. • Identify potential product improvements. • Keep product knowledge up to date by actively using the tool and following internal communications about product updates. • Support the onboarding and skills development of new team members through various formats, share best practices and encourage mutual support within the team.
• Proficiency in English (the required level will be assessed depending on the team you apply for). • Enthusiasm for a constantly changing work environment. • Strong willingness to collaborate (within your team and with other stakeholders). • Sufficient experience to align your daily tasks with business priorities.
• You can work remotely from your place of residence as long as it is located in Germany.
