📋 Description

• Own the vision, roadmap, and governance of Purse • Set and uphold the quality bar for components, tokens, patterns, and accessibility • Drive adoption and measure system value through partnerships with Design Ops and engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning the vision and roadmap of a design system at scale • Ability to balance an ambitious long-term vision with pragmatic, milestone-driven delivery • Strong product sense applied to a design system • Experience defining and evolving design system governance models • A track record of setting and holding a quality bar • Comfort making tooling and infrastructure decisions • Hands-on experience with design components, tokens, and patterns • Deep design-system craft and strong technical acumen • Demonstrated ability to drive system adoption through clear narratives • Strong partnership skills with design, engineering, and product leadership • Language requirement: English and French
