📋 Description

• Evangelize and simplify SRE practices across the 300+ engineer organization • Identify reliability and performance improvement opportunities proactively • Define and evolve performance, metrics, and observability standards, including SLIs/SLOs, monitoring frameworks, and alerting strategies • Scale production resources efficiently while ensuring resilience and cost awareness • Design, implement, and continuously improve tooling and monitoring systems • Contribute to engineering guidelines and reliability and production-excellence best practices • Collaborate with Product, Backend, Security, and Platform stakeholders to embed reliability by design • Work within a four-engineer DevOps team reporting to the Engineering Manager • Collaborate with another DevOps Engineer and an Application Security Engineer in multidisciplinary product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with cloud environments; AWS is used • Experience building and evolving observability and monitoring systems • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, or similar tools • Experience scaling production systems and web applications, including asynchronous job systems • Experience operating in high-growth or product-led environments • Experience influencing engineering teams and driving reliability practices at scale • Ability to work in Europe and have the right to work in the country of residence • No visa sponsorship; candidates outside Europe cannot be hired
