📋 Description

‱ As a Support, Financial Management and Accounting Specialist, you act as both a domain expert and a platform expert. ‱ You are the primary point of contact for our client base that has chosen Pennylane as the central software for their accounting and financial management. ‱ As a member of the Application and Technical Support team, you serve as the central liaison between our clients' executives, their in-house accountants, and external accounting firms. ‱ You communicate with users daily and seek to understand the issues they encounter. ‱ After investigating, your goal is to provide an answer or solution to the user, or when necessary, escalate the issue to the technical teams. ‱ You are also responsible for helping company accountants and accounting firms onboard their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration. ‱ First 3 months: Training and integration through the Pennylane Academy, learning about the company and its departments, and identifying key stakeholders. ‱ Months 4 to 6: Increased autonomy, handling increasingly complex client requests. ‱ Become a product expert and lead projects that improve customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Accounting education (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS in SME Management Assistance, Master's in CCA, or Bachelor's in Administrative and Accounting Management — or equivalent). ‱ At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm (ideally having completed at least three fiscal periods). ‱ Direct work with company leaders is a plus (e.g., internal advisory). ‱ Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies. ‱ Ability to work autonomously, solve problems independently, and find solutions. ‱ Knowledge of the Pennylane platform is an advantage. ‱ Professional level of English. ‱ Strong written communication skills and a pedagogical approach to interact with users clearly and professionally. ‱ Ability to understand and respond to client needs, provide excellent service, and maintain strong client relationships. ‱ Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. ‱ Flexibility to adapt to the rapid evolution of the product. ‱ Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments.
