📋 Description
• Play a leading role in delivering client engagements • Organize and facilitate the work of multiple teams • Contribute to the commercial momentum of the practice • Supervise consultants and support their professional development • Contribute to practice development activities and enhance the firm’s visibility
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience on complex transformation topics • Deep knowledge of customer experience in retail banking, IT sourcing, agile methodologies, bank distribution models, Bank-as-a-Platform and Open Banking • Experience managing large teams • Involvement in business development activities • Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) and fluent English
