📋 Description

• As a Support, Financial Operations and Accounting Specialist, you act as a domain and platform expert. • You are the primary point of contact for our client base that has chosen Pennylane as the core software for their accounting and financial management. • You interact daily with users and seek to understand the problems they encounter. • After investigation, your goal is to provide an answer or solution to your interlocutor, or when necessary, escalate the issue to the technical teams. • You are also responsible for helping company accountants and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane to facilitate their migration. • You join the Pennylane Academy and continuously train on the product and the team’s processes. • You learn everything there is to know about our company, our vision, and our various departments. • You begin to handle accounting-related requests: you receive requests, triage and qualify them based on a deep understanding of accounting principles, and provide fast, impactful responses. • You start to manage increasingly complex customer requests. • You contribute to the creation and updating of help materials available to clients to develop their autonomy. • You share your accounting knowledge and field experience with colleagues. • You act as the voice of the customer and provide constructive feedback to the product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting education (e.g., BTS CGO, DCG, BTS in SME Management Assistance, Master’s in CCA, or Bachelor’s in Administrative and Accounting Management). • At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting firm (ideally having been through at least three fiscal periods/tax seasons). • Direct experience working with company leadership is a plus (for example, internal advisory roles). • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies. • Autonomy and the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions. • Familiarity with the Pennylane platform is a plus. • Professional working proficiency in English. • Strong writing skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly and pedagogically when interacting with users. • Ability to understand and respond to client needs, deliver excellent service, and maintain strong client relationships. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to adapt to the rapid evolution of the tool. • Willingness to learn and stay up to date on product developments.
