📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for clients using Pennylane for their accounting and financial management • Serve as the liaison between client executives, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Engage with users daily and understand the issues they encounter • Investigate issues and provide an answer or solution • Escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help in-house accountants and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane and facilitate their migration • Continuously build knowledge of the product, the company, and its departments • Receive, qualify, and resolve accounting-related requests • Follow up on tickets through to full resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update help resources to foster customer self-sufficiency • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Provide product teams with well-founded customer feedback and represent how customers use the product • Identify areas for improvement and lead projects that contribute to team efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification: BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de Gestion PME-PMI, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA), or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Previous experience working directly with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication and teaching skills • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs and deliver excellent service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the platform • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Right to work in France required; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visas
