📋 Description

• Define the vision and strategy for Studio Builder • Identify valuable use cases and establish product strategy balancing ambition, usability and technical feasibility • Own the end-to-end experience for defining, configuring, testing, iterating, deploying and monitoring customer-built apps, automations and agents • Make AI platform capabilities such as context, memory, tools, skills, workflows, guardrails, permissions, reliability and observability accessible to customers • Define product metrics and measure activation, adoption, creation quality, deployment, repeated usage, customer value, reliability, trust and satisfaction • Lead continuous discovery with SMEs, accountants and internal users • Define product vision, strategy, roadmap and OKRs • Explore and validate ideas through prototypes, experiments and MVPs • Collaborate with engineers, designers, AI specialists, Product Managers and leadership • Communicate product narratives to customers, stakeholders and leadership • Balance long-term ambition with pragmatic incremental delivery • Develop product principles for AI-powered experiences • Measure shipped-product impact and guide future decisions • Shape Pennylane’s approach to building and explaining AI products • Ship meaningful product improvements or major product milestones • Mentor Product Managers and contribute to Product organisation growth

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager working on AI-powered products, developer tools, platforms, workflow automation, SaaS or other complex B2B products • Experience taking a product or product area from 0 to 1 • Strong understanding of AI products and concepts including agents, LLM-powered workflows, tools, context, memory, evaluation and guardrails • Excellent product sense and ability to identify genuine user value from AI • Hands-on experience prototyping, testing ideas, analysing data and working with engineers and designers • Strong user research skills and direct customer discovery experience • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical topics simply • Strong strategic thinking and bias towards action and delivery • Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and navigate complex technical, organisational and customer problems • Ability to influence without authority and build alignment across Product, Engineering, Design and leadership • Strong interest in software, automation and extensible product platforms • French is not mandatory; French proficiency is a strong advantage • Nice to have: experience with agent platforms, developer ecosystems, low-code/no-code tools, workflow automation, open platforms or product-led growth
