📋 Description

• Handle the most complex issues escalated by users and Support teams • Investigate bugs, anomalies, and accounting or functional issues • Reproduce problems and identify their root cause • Qualify incidents and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams • Work with developers and the Product team to provide clear, actionable analyses • Use available investigation tools, including logs and basic SQL • Document solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the product and processes • Share expertise with Support teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong accounting experience • Understanding of the challenges faced by accounting firms and businesses • Experience handling complex issues requiring analysis and coordination • Comfortable working with technical tools and addressing technical issues • Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English • Thorough, autonomous, and curious • Knowledge of SQL is a plus but not required • Right to work in France • Ability to work in English
