📋 Description

• Handle the most complex issues escalated by users and Support teams • Investigate bugs, anomalies, and accounting or functional issues • Reproduce problems and identify their root causes • Qualify incidents and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams • Collaborate with developers and Product teams to share clear, actionable analyses • Use available investigation tools, including logs and basic SQL • Document solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the product and processes • Share expertise with Support teams • Collaborate with users, Support, developers, and Product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong accounting experience and a solid understanding of the challenges faced by accounting firms and businesses • Experience handling complex issues requiring analysis and coordination • Comfortable working with technical tools and troubleshooting technical issues • Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken • Rigorous, self-directed, and curious approach • Knowledge of SQL is a plus but not required • Legally authorized to work in France; Pennylane does not sponsor visas • Ability to work in English
