📋 Description

• Handle user or partner tickets related to bugs, investigations, and functional or accounting issues • Analyze, diagnose, and prioritize incidents based on their impact • Coordinate incident resolution with the relevant teams • Master the features and modules of the Pennylane platform • Reproduce issues and support users with accounting and functional queries • Collaborate with developers and product, support, and operations teams • Investigate basic technical issues using APIs, logs, Postman, and basic SQL • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams • Document solutions, processes, and best practices in the knowledge base • Identify recurring issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of the product and internal processes • Help develop team expertise and share best practices

🎯 Requirements

• At least two tax seasons in an accounting firm, including bookkeeping, accounts review, financial statements, and tax filings • Initial experience in a SaaS, customer support, or functional/technical support environment • Good understanding of REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger • Knowledge of SQL is a plus • Comfortable communicating with technical teams and understanding product-related issues • Fluent written English and good listening comprehension • Rigorous, self-sufficient, and a strong communicator • Enjoy working in dynamic, collaborative, and problem-solving-oriented environments • Must have the right to work in France; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visas
