📋 Description

• Design and execute recruitment strategies based on specific client needs and industry trends. • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and placements. • Maintain an active pipeline of high-quality candidates across roles and sectors. • Serve as the primary contact for key client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and delivery updates. • Develop deep understanding of client industries, business models, and hiring needs. • Present qualified shortlists, candidate assessments, and market insights to clients. • Supervise and mentor recruitment consultants and coordinators. • Monitor workloads, guide performance, and provide regular feedback to team members. • Conduct internal training sessions to build recruitment capabilities across the team. • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM. • Develop and share weekly/monthly reports on recruitment performance, pipeline status, and client engagements. • Support proposal writing, candidate market mapping, and talent insights for prospective clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field • 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or HR consultancy • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial recruitment role • Strong understanding of local and regional hiring practices and labor laws • Demonstrated success in managing high-volume or executive search projects • Ability to shortlist candidates within 5 days of receiving a job requisition.
