📋 Description

• Connect with corporates, government entities and other professional organizations to grow awareness and the market size of ITIL products • Work closely with global ITIL Business Development to sell more ITIL products • Collaborate with Product Management and Product Development to provide input to content development • Work closely with global Marketing to promote the ITIL brand • Support ITIL partner organizations with client calls, sales enablement activities, marketing support and other resources • Undertake webinars, speaking events, panel discussions and other activities to promote the ITIL brand • Inspire and motivate the ITIL ecosystem, including ITIL Ambassadors and the official ITIL Community Group • Forge and nurture high-impact relationships with senior decision-makers to promote ITIL products • Participate in conferences, ITIL education events, and strategic forums promoting ITIL • Collaborate group-wide, including LanguageCert, ITIL, City & Guilds, and DevOps, to drive group-wide performance • Provide input to PeopleCert reports and business updates as required • Ensure alignment with company values: Quality, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Clarity, and Velocity

🎯 Requirements

• Recognised global expert in ITIL and Digital Product and Service Management • 10+ years’ experience working with ITIL products, including real-world consulting and/or practitioner experience beyond training delivery • Understanding of digital product and service management products such as COBIT, IT4IT, and ISO20001 • Established record of working with bodies that own or promote these products is advantageous • Extensive understanding of ITIL training partner organizations • Accredited trainer/consultant in some or all ITIL products would be advantageous • Extensive experience undertaking webinars, speaking at conferences, and other marketing activities • Extensive experience working with Sales teams to provide ITIL subject matter expertise, including sales enablement • Extensive experience undertaking client business development activities, including creating proposals/formal bids and providing ITIL expertise on client calls • Advanced written and spoken English; C2-level certification desired, with LANGUAGECERT C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate a plus
