📋 Description

• Responsible for implementing IMS data sharing/parallel sysplex • Perform systems performance tuning and capacity planning • Ensure security interface with IMS • Work with SMP/E and UserMods, IMS tools, and OEM vendor tools • Collaborate on complex and challenging projects • Contribute to diverse and innovative projects

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 7+ years of experience as a IMS systems programmer • Expertise in IMS internals, fundamentals, installations, and operations • Experience in implementing IMS data sharing/parallel sysplex • Experience in performing systems performance tuning and capacity planning • Knowledge of security interface with IMS • Experience with SMP/E and UserMods, IMS tools • Indepth knowledge of z/OS, USS, and JCL skills • Working knowledge of CICS/IMS and MQ/IMS • Knowledge of interfacing with and installing OEM vendor tools • Proficiency in IMS system~s performance tuning and capacity planning
