📋 Description

• Problem framing and discovery: Translate feature requests into clear problem statements through structured conversations, research, and analysis before proposing solutions. • - Strategic product ownership: Become the product expert for assigned product areas by understanding workflows, user behavior, technical considerations, and business impact. • - Roadmap and prioritization: Build and maintain focus-area roadmaps, prioritizing work based on user value, company strategy, and measurable outcomes. • - End-to-end delivery: Work closely with Engineering and Design from concept through requirements, build, launch, and iteration. • - Stakeholder alignment: Lead productive discussions and ensure decisions are documented and aligned across teams. • - Client request intake and synthesis: Partner with Customer Success and Sales to understand incoming client requests, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and identify patterns across feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or a similar environment. • - Demonstrated ability to conduct customer discovery and translate insights into clear product requirements. • - Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to inform decisions. • - Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering and Design. • - Strong written and verbal communication skills. • - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing stakeholder priorities.
