📋 Description

• Facilitate interactive live online classes explaining data analytics concepts and connecting learning to practical workplace applications • Plan and deliver learning discussions for learners with different levels of confidence, experience, and technical understanding • Use practical data analytics examples to demonstrate professional application of concepts, tools, and approaches • Mark learner assignments and provide clear, constructive, actionable feedback • Facilitate online community discussions, answer questions, share resources, reinforce concepts, and encourage participation • Provide structured one-to-one learner support • Identify learner difficulties and adapt explanations or examples • Participate in selected industry discussions and share practical data analytics perspectives • Set expectations around learning activities, project timelines, workload, and support • Collaborate with delivery and learner-support colleagues regarding learner progress and challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience working in data analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a closely related field • Demonstrated experience teaching, training, tutoring, facilitating, mentoring, or coaching others in data analytics, technology, or another technical subject • Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly and adapt explanations for people with different levels of prior knowledge • Practical experience applying data analytics concepts in real workplace or project environments • Experience delivering structured learning sessions, workshops, classes, tutorials, or technical training is strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to assess work and provide constructive feedback • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including confidence facilitating groups in an online environment • Ability to create an inclusive learning environment • Excellent organisational and time-management skills • Flexible and problem-solving approach with the ability to adapt teaching and facilitation methods to learner needs
