📋 Description

• Planning and supporting inventory counts • Supporting store teams in carrying out inventories correctly • Analyzing inventory results, discrepancies, and relevant KPIs • Deriving appropriate measures to reduce losses • Maintaining regular communication with stores • Identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the implementation of defined standards and measures • Planning and delivering training on loss prevention, inventory processes, and internal policies • Reviewing and further developing existing loss prevention and inventory processes • Contributing to cross-functional projects

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in retail, loss prevention, internal audit, or inventory management • Good understanding of operational processes in a store-based organization, as well as inventory and stock management processes • Confident handling of KPIs and data • Ability to identify discrepancies and derive concrete measures • Very good command of German • Good command of English • Class B driver's license • Willingness to travel regularly for business and visit stores throughout Germany
