📋 Description

• Lead QA Engineers, provide guidance, allocate tasks, and support career growth • Plan and prioritise QA activities across functional, integration, and regression testing • Define and enforce QA standards, methodologies, and guidelines • Identify and mitigate risks and address quality and delivery challenges • Improve QA processes for efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement • Collaborate with stakeholders • Support product delivery with timely testing outcomes for new features and integrations • Provide management reporting and updates on progress, quality, and risks • Remain hands-on in testing and automation • Integrate automated checks into CI/CD pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bulgaria-based candidates only • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Automation QA • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Experience building or integrating AI into QA workflows with a strong automation bias • Solid experience with Playwright and Maestro • Experience with test management tools such as Testdino, PractiTest, or similar • Experience with accessibility testing tools such as Deque, Axe-core, or similar • Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline architecture and integration, including GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD • Experience with functional, integration, and regression testing • Ability to recognise and address risks efficiently • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with agile methodologies and the software development life cycle • Excellent communication and leadership skills
