📋 Description

• Assist with the implementation and configuration of systems according to client requirements • Support user training and onboarding sessions • Understand institutional processes and document workflows and system configurations • Diagnose and record basic technical issues during implementation • Lead end-to-end implementation projects • Analyze internal processes and suggest optimizations • Provide initial support and guide clients through onboarding • Work with Support and Development teams to ensure service continuity and quality

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of experience in the role • Experience with ERP systems • Knowledge of business rules and processes in the education sector • Analytical skills to propose operational improvements • Basic SQL knowledge for queries • Previous experience in system implementation or technical support • Strong instructional and communication skills to teach and train users • Process-oriented mindset and organizational skills • Proactive, results-oriented approach • Flexibility and adaptability
