📋 Description

• Assist with the implementation and configuration of systems according to client requirements • Support user training and enablement on the solution • Understand institutional processes and support the documentation of workflows and configurations • Diagnose and document basic technical issues during implementation • Lead end-to-end implementation projects • Analyze internal processes and suggest tool-based optimizations • Provide initial support and guide clients during onboarding • Work with Support and Development teams to ensure service continuity and quality

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of experience in the role • Experience with ERP systems • Knowledge of business rules in the education sector • Analytical ability to propose operational improvements • Basic SQL knowledge for queries • Previous experience with system implementation or technical support • Strong teaching and communication skills for training and enabling users • Process awareness and organizational skills • Proactive, results-oriented approach • Flexibility and ability to adapt to different scenarios
