• Assist in the implementation and configuration of systems according to client requirements; • Support in conducting training and onboarding for users on how to use the solution; • Understand institutional processes and assist in documenting workflows and configurations; • Diagnose and log basic technical issues during implementation; • Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client needs; • Analyze internal processes and propose optimizations based on the implemented tool; • Provide initial support and guide clients during the onboarding phase; • Collaborate with support and development teams to ensure continuity and quality of service.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the role; • Experience with ERP systems; • Knowledge of business rules in the education sector; • Analytical ability to propose operational improvements; • Basic SQL knowledge for queries; • Previous experience in system implementation or technical support; • Detail-oriented and organized; • Proactive and results-driven; • Flexible and adaptable to different scenarios; • Experienced with business rules in the education sector.
