📋 Description

• Create and edit photos of physical products for auction catalogs, e-commerce, and promotional materials • Develop digital marketing assets for social media, email marketing, website banners, and advertisements • Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and Stories • Collaborate directly with the UK marketing team to maintain brand consistency • Organize and maintain asset libraries in Figma and Affinity • Support the production of catalogs, brochures, and product presentations • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Work independently while collaborating directly with an international team and a century-old brand

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer • Online portfolio (personal website, Behance, or similar) • Proficiency in Figma, Affinity Studio Suite (Layout, Pixel, Vector), and Adobe Creative Cloud • Experience marketing physical products, including product photography, catalogs, brochures, displays, POS materials, and image retouching • Experience marketing digital products, including social media, email, and website banners • Basic to intermediate English for reading briefs and written communication with the UK team • Availability to work at least 40 hours per week during Brazilian business hours, with flexibility for occasional meetings and urgent requests from the UK team • Own equipment and a stable internet connection for fully remote work • Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn is a plus • Video editing experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Friction is a plus • Product photography and editing experience is a plus • Basic knowledge of motion design and simple text and product animations is a plus • Experience at advertising agencies is a plus
