📋 Description

• Manage customer orders from order confirmation through project implementation at the customer site • Support the Sales team with order execution and proposal preparation • Advise on the technical feasibility of projects, including network design • Involve the Solution Architect in complex IT and network projects • Calculate and monitor project implementation, material, and labor costs • Coordinate project execution with customers, Order Management, Account Managers, and external contractors • Lead kick-off meetings and coordination meetings • Manage all planning aspects, including the start date, project duration, and handover date • Create project schedules • Coordinate installation activities with technicians, Clinical Application Specialists, Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and external contractors • Conduct system handovers to customers • Manage revenue-relevant milestones as the basis for the weekly Sales Forecast

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in medical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification • At least five years of professional experience in patient monitoring or several years of project management experience • Network knowledge is an advantage • Knowledge of the relevant product portfolio, including patient monitoring and networking • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, together with strong interpersonal skills • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken • Experience managing employees, including through non-disciplinary leadership, is an advantage
