📋 Description

• Manage customer orders from order confirmation through project implementation at the customer site • Support the Sales team with order execution and technical quotation and order reviews • Advise customers on technical feasibility, including network design requirements • Involve Solution Architects in complex IT and network projects • Calculate and monitor project implementation, material, and labor costs • Coordinate project execution with customers, Order Management, Account Managers, and external contractors • Lead kick-off meetings and coordination meetings • Manage all planning aspects, including the start date, project duration, and handover date • Create project schedules • Coordinate installation activities with technicians, Clinical Application Specialists, Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and external contractors • Conduct system handovers to customers • Manage revenue-relevant milestones as the basis for the weekly Sales Forecast

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Medical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification • At least five years of professional experience in patient monitoring or several years of project management experience • Network expertise is an advantage • Knowledge of the relevant product portfolio, including patient monitoring and networking • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with strong interpersonal skills • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Experience leading employees, including in a non-disciplinary capacity, is an advantage • Residence in German-speaking Switzerland • Willingness to travel more than 50% in a field-based role
