📋 Description

• Implement Digital Pathology IT solutions for new customer projects • Combine ultra-high-resolution scanners, integrated viewing and diagnosis software, third-party AI analysis, and turnkey IT infrastructure • Upgrade existing customers to newer software versions • Participate in incident and problem management • Troubleshoot customer issues and perform problem-analysis activities • Support existing and new customers in Spain, Southern Europe and the rest of Europe as part of a wider European team • Visit customers and travel between various centers of a key customer • Build hands-on expertise across scanners, IT infrastructure, software and AI integrations

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, Vocational Education or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Medical, Science-related field or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT with Vocational Education OR no prior experience with bachelor’s degree • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft SQL, Active Directory, Group Policies, VMware and networking • Good skills working with delicate hardware components • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-analysis skills • Fluent Spanish • Good written and spoken English (conversational level) • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to support customers in Spain and other European countries • Strong team-player mindset • Experience with healthcare industry, Digital Pathology, healthcare or laboratory workflows is a plus • Additional language skills (Italian or French) are a plus
