📋 Description

• Research FinTech, LegalTech, other technologies, markets, and business models • Analyze complex content and make it accessible to the media, clients, and professional audiences • Thoroughly familiarize yourself with new subject areas • Understand clients’ objectives, advise them on defining those objectives, and derive concrete communication approaches and recommendations • Write press releases, pitches, briefings, and other PR copy • Communicate information concisely and develop relevant stories • Monitor news and industry topics • Identify suitable journalists and media outlets and prepare topics for outreach • Prepare client meetings and topics • Take ownership of assigned tasks and be accountable for concrete results • Contribute to consulting and client engagements • Bring in your own ideas, further develop topics and text formats, and identify unconventional perspectives • Implement communications initiatives and help shape relevant topics, target audiences, and channels • Work on the agency’s 360° core services, depending on the project • Use AI and LLM tools purposefully for research, structuring, and writing • Ensure quality and responsibly assess risks and the confidential handling of information • Contribute to the company-wide development of AI-related capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in public relations, communications consulting, corporate communications, journalism, or a comparable role • Confidently apply the fundamentals of research, writing, media monitoring, press releases, pitches, briefings, and media relations • Write clearly for specific audiences and demonstrate a strong sense of what is relevant to the media and professional audiences • Interest in FinTech, LegalTech, new products, markets, and business models • B2B experience or a demonstrable interest in professional audiences, complex offerings, and technically demanding topics • Understand client objectives, ask the right questions, and derive initial communication approaches or recommendations • Take responsibility for your own tasks and results, work independently, and contribute constructively to the team • Recognize meaningful use cases for AI and responsibly assess associated risks • Excellent German language skills • Good English language skills • A plus, but not required: experience in communications for FinTech, LegalTech, B2B, or other technology companies • A plus, but not required: an existing network of technology, business, financial, or legal media contacts • A plus, but not required: journalistic, academic, or professional exposure to financial, legal, or technology topics • A plus, but not required: work samples demonstrating the ability to make complex content easy to understand
