📋 Description

• Report to the CISO and own Pigment's security roadmap for product, infrastructure, and CI/CD • Read code, threat model new services, reproduce and triage vulnerabilities, review infrastructure configuration, and build gap-closing automation • Set technical security direction and influence product and engineering through technical credibility • Design product security features and strengthen platform defense-in-depth • Review code, architecture, and configuration; assess risk and deliver balanced solutions • Run assurance activities including reviews, red team exercises, and bug bounty • Manage third-party auditor relationships and control KPIs supporting certifications • Own vulnerabilities from detection through verified remediation • Build detection capabilities, detection rules, and incident-response playbooks • Lead end-to-end production security and fraud investigations • Establish secure SDLC guidance, paved paths, and instructive reviews • Secure AI feature design and development, including MCP Server and Modeler Agent • Evaluate AI-assisted security analysis alongside SAST and SCA • Migrate GitHub to managed identities and CI to short-lived OIDC credentials • Design agent identity using delegated access tokens and token exchange • Advance least privilege across production and CI/CD

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in security as a Security Engineer, Pentester or Security consultant • Real depth in product and/or infrastructure security • Experience owning a security roadmap for a product or platform end to end • Experience driving security work through engineering teams without direct authority • Experience making hard architectural calls and serving as an escalation point • Hands-on experience across development, databases, networking, and web • Hands-on working style; position does not include people management • Fluent English • French is a strong plus
