📋 Description

• Work with customers daily to transform existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated multi-dimensional models • Understand business requirements and document them • Design and build corresponding Pigment applications • Train and co-build with customers so they are self-sufficient in the solution • Participate in and/or lead UAT and deployment • Integrate source software and migration solutions using connectors and APIs • Link customer stakeholders and the product team to help develop the best planning platform • Lead cross-functional projects to develop and improve methodology and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptionally skilled in building complex systems and explaining them to all stakeholders so they are simple to use and maintain • Comfortable handling high volumes of unstructured data that must be structured and validated • Strong ability to learn new domains and understand diverse customer use cases and businesses • Experience building trusted relationships with empathy and dedication • Strategic thinking and comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs • Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision • Fluent English • French or additional European languages is an advantage • MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
