📋 Description

• Assemble and launch product loops end to end, including landing pages, intake, payments, vendor integrations, deployment, and event tracking • Write and ship code daily using AI development tools and ready-made platforms • Choose buy-and-tweak solutions instead of building everything from scratch • Build the glue code, intake flows, and tracking around clinical platforms, e-prescribing, identity verification, and Stripe • Translate conversations with the founder, partner doctors, pharmacies, and vendors into working product flows • Keep products legal and safe within UK and German clinical, prescribing, and data regulations • Empower portfolio product managers to ship independently through tools, templates, access, and weekly reviews • Make product decisions jointly with the CEO and CPO • Deliver the UK withClaro.com telemedicine loop, including consultation, prescription, pharmacy, delivery, and app code integration • Clone the Claro loop for UK alcohol-use disorder • Set up a medical cannabis portal and interface for partner clinics in Germany and the UK • Support product managers across the portfolio in building and shipping independently • Report to the CEO and work with the CPO on products

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as CTO, Head of Engineering, or technical co-founder at a startup or a unit inside a large company • Writes code personally today; must be able to show GitHub commits from the last 30 days • AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, v0, or Replit are the primary workflow • At least one product built alone or with one partner and taken to real users or payments within the last 2 years • Track record of buying ready-made services and adapting them • Experience working directly with founders, partner doctors, pharmacies, and vendors • Working English • Must be focused on one role; not a full-time freelancer with a dozen clients • Must be able to work without needing 2–3 engineers to get started • Nice to have: healthtech, telemedicine, mental health, or other regulated European consumer product experience • Nice to have: clinical platforms, e-prescribing, pharmacy integration, or identity verification vendor experience • Nice to have: taking products from zero to one more than once • Nice to have: public building track record • Nice to have: a startup CTO role that was sold or closed in 2022–2025, without subsequently taking the same title in a corporation
