📋 Description

• Design and produce ad creatives for AI and game apps using AI tools • Create AI-generated content for the apps when needed • Track competitor ads and market performance to generate new ad ideas • Follow AI, social media, gaming, and advertising trends, including Discord servers and gaming communities • Bring fresh creative concepts to the team • Produce and iterate high volumes of creative variations for testing, including hooks, openings, and edits • Find faster and better ways to produce creatives as tools evolve • Share improved creative-production methods with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) • Strong communication skills • Strong command of AI tools, including prompting, iterating, and combining tools • Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar tools) • Good visual eye and interest in understanding ad performance • Familiarity with gaming culture, Discord, and gaming communities is a plus • Creativity and adaptability to develop fresh ideas quickly • Eagerness to learn and take feedback • Comfortable with context switching across multiple apps and projects • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving initiative • Ability to take full ownership, define requirements independently, and drive results
