📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls within 5 seconds using established call scripts and workflows • Provide a warm, empathetic, and professional experience for every caller • Meet daily performance targets, including outbound calls, call times, hold times, and missed-call percentage • Manage SMS and email communications using approved templates and established service standards • Document every client interaction, call, and disposition accurately in the CRM • Refer prospective clients to appropriate resources when the firm cannot assist • Own a specialty business area, such as the AI receptionist, referrals, web inquiries, SMS, or outbound client calls • Make outbound calls to renew memberships, identify additional legal needs, and connect clients with trusted partners • Ask satisfied clients for 5-star reviews • Collaborate with team members to ensure an outstanding client experience

🎯 Requirements

• No legal experience required • Fluent in spoken and written U.S. English • Outstanding customer service and communication skills • Comfortable making outbound calls and asking clients for renewals, referrals, and reviews • Excellent phone etiquette • Exceptional grammar, spelling, and attention to detail • Ability to learn new technology quickly • Ability to remain focused while working independently from home • Growth mindset and willingness to welcome feedback • Computer with Windows 11 or newer • 16 GB RAM minimum • 500 GB SSD or larger • Intel Core i5 10th Generation processor or equivalent minimum • External mouse • Webcam • Quality headset with microphone • UPS or inverter for uninterrupted power • Fiber or equivalent internet connection with minimum 100 Mbps, uncapped service, and Ethernet connection • Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours, Monday–Friday
